The predictions hub sits between the fixtures ledger and the fantasy chapter. Three forecast runs publish each edition — a per-fixture win-probability model, an upset index and a venue-form overlay — and they reconcile with each other before the chapter prints.
The per-fixture win-probability model reads from the verified results of the last eight head-to-heads plus the venue form. Upset index runs an expected-value calculation against the betting-price reference set. Venue overlay layers dew, pitch and weather telemetry from the venue scorer.
Every prediction reconciles across three sources before the desk prints a number. The source ladder is: official broadcaster feed > league API > venue scorer. Predictions that don’t clear the bar stay in the working draft.
